Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Solid and very reasonable price

I'm a long-time satisfied user of panniers from the O brand, but needed some new panniers and thought I'd try these as they are substantially less costly and the small exterior pocket looked convenient. These were great on the initial two bike-packing trips for which I've used them, including making it through a downpour. It's too early to speak to long-term durability.

Yes, it really is waterproof, and looks like it is going to stay that way. Fits rack securely.

I got this bag to carry stuff around town on my Priority 600X bike. The rack is an Axiom Streamliner DLX made with 10mm diameter tubing.

I was concerned about whether the bag would be truly waterproof as I often carry my laptop when I'm out on the bike and I ride in all sorts of weather. I went for a long ride in pouring rain to test it and it proved to be completely watertight! The seams aren't taped, they are welded, so they should stay sealed forever. The zip pocket on the side is also rainproof and is a good place to put stuff you might want to grab quickly without taking the bag off the bike. This bag can carry a LOT of stuff like groceries if you leave the top open.

The clips that hold the bag on the rack appear to be very rugged, and spacing can be adjusted to closely fit the rack. The two top clips release when you lift the bag by one of the two top straps. The bottom clip is also adjustable to fit the rack and helps stabilize the bag. That clip slides on and off the rack when you are placing and removing the bag. Very nice!

My only minor complaint is that some of the straps seem to be a little longer than necessary and might tend to slap the spokes if the bag isn't fully loaded.

Rugged and well made

These panniers are roomy, sturdy, and exactly what I wanted. The attachment clips are easy to adjust and hold the panniers securely to the rack. The bars on my rack are square, not round, and a little larger than most, so a secure fit was my top priority. My camping gear fits comfortably in the bags, with a little room for a change of clothes. These are a great value.

Nothing bad to say.

I was expecting "decent", but 6 months and they're as good as new.
LPT: I suggest a little silicone or glue of choice to affix the rail spacers. They kept popping out so I tacked them in and haven't had an issue.
