I even tried the recommended freezing the cooler before using it and it still didn't hold ice for any period of time

Bought this at Dicks Sporting Goods. Will try to return. If it was from Amazon it would already in the return mail.

It works really well for a smaller items that you are going to use during the day. For anything longer than one day you need to purchase one of their other coolers.

Great product except for the zipper. It is ridiculously hard to use and doesn't get any smoother with use.

We have had several and we love them

I have two tumblers. They are amazing. We got this based on the yeti brand name alone. It's awful. Our $20 cooler from Walmart does better. This only held ice for a day. You can see condensation around the zipper and the outside of the cooler in the pictures. Really really bad. We tried to use it as an ice holder. It only held ice for about 12 hours until it was all melted.

Had very high expectations for this cooler but unfortunately it did perform at ALL.

My $30 cooler that this was intended to replace works way better.

I dislike the $$$$$.

The Molle gear rings are horizontal so you can’t use gear other then Yeti stuff. WTF

I have (3) now & whatever the situation or task I now whatever size that fits the task....I'm a big fan & have been of the product for years.

This particular model is a little smaller than expected. But…it still works for us.

I was spectacle wither to get the bigger one or this one. This one definitely did not disappoint it was big enough for all my hydration consumables..
