Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Great for kayaking

This dry bag provides ample storage capacity for items that require protection from moisture. The material used is of substantial thickness, ensuring durability. The buckles appear robust and long-lasting. The shoulder straps are designed for comfort during use. Additionally, there are conveniently placed small pockets on the exterior for storing additional gear. The bag's aesthetic appeal is pleasing, and its performance meets expectations. This product represents an excellent purchase decision.

Great size

Can’t fault this dry bag. It feels well made, the yellow color provides a wow factor plus visibility when out on the water. It is the perfect size for kayaking, looking even larger until you turn down the top a few folds to seal the waterproofing after which the size is just right (for me at least). I can fit lots of kit in this. I do tend to be cautious and double bag cell phone and other valuables but it was bone dry inside after its maiden voyage. An easy recommendation.

Spacious and Excellent Quality

Lightweight and seemed waterproof with the materials it was made out of, but I didn't test that part of things. Holds quite a bit of stuff and still rides comfortably on your back. Excellent quality materials and put together well.

Keeps Things Dry

This is a LARGE bag. I'm used to using 10L dry bags, so the amount of stuff this one holds is significantly more. It's a great looking bag. The backpack straps are nice. It closed securely and nothing inside got wet on out 2-day canoe/kayak trip.

Durable, Waterproof, Should Do Well

This bag is decently thick and rolls up nicely to make for a nice waterproof bag for camping or canoeing.
Seems to be of similar quality to other bags I have but this is my first with back pack straps. It also has a sealable inner pouch for added protection and mine came with a waterproof phone holder that I had not really paid attention to it having but will be nice. It has two mesh pocket on the sides. A chest sinch for the straps and some additional sinching string on the back for things you don't care if they get wet or to batten the contents a little more to keep them from shifting.
I am happy with the quality and would order it again, -M-
